No one receives this.
Get it out.
Write a Moment and set it down. You have one hour to keep it or let it go. Anything you don't touch is sent into the void.
Start anywhere.
Why send it into a void?
When something is loud in your head, holding it in keeps your whole body switched on. Writing it out and letting it go is a way to put that energy somewhere. You get it out of you, instead of turning it over and over.
The void never answers. Nothing types back, nothing gets read, there is no reply to wait for and no reaction to manage. A message you send to a person keeps you keyed up. A message you send to no one lets you come back down.
Getting it out is not the same as fixing it, and it isn't meant to be. It just clears enough space to think. Once the heat is off, the real thing underneath is easier to face, later, when you're the one deciding what to do about it.
If it's more than a Moment can hold.
Some things need a person, not a void. If you're in real distress, there are people whose whole job is to be there for exactly this, any hour of the day.

What you write is yours.
Your words stay on this device. They're encrypted, and nothing you write is ever sent to us or saved on a server. When you let a Moment go, or when its hour runs out, the words are erased from here. We keep only the time it happened, so you can look back and see how often you needed this. The words themselves are gone.
This isn't a safe, though. The app still loads over the internet, and your keyboard, your screenshots, and your phone's backups are yours to guard, not ours. Anyone holding your unlocked phone can read whatever is still here.
